Project Development Officer

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Electrical/Civil/Industrial Engineering;
  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in project development, with a focus on power generation or renewable energy;
  • Proven experience supervising large-scale renewable energy projects, ideally in solar power development;
  • Knowledgeable on project controls, contract management, and regulatory compliance;
  • Must have an organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Project Study & Feasibility Support: Assist in site assessments, data gathering, and due diligence for evaluating the technical, financial, and regulatory viability of solar plant projects.
  • ITMS & Permit Processing: Support the preparation, submission, and tracking of applications in the Integrated Tariff Management System (ITMS) and other permitting platforms.
  • Work Program Assistance: Help monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that updates are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Contract & Documentation Support: Prepare and organize project contracts, correspondence, and reports; assist in tracking vendor and contractor deliverables.
  • Budget & Compliance Assistance: Help monitor project costs, validate invoices, and maintain records to ensure compliance with budget, regulatory, and corporate requirements.

Please note that the head office is located in San Juan City.
