Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
  • Licensed Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least more than 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With experience in Project Management from a steel and concrete construction both horizontal and vertical.
  • Can lead, plan, manage and organize all phases of projects of the department.
  • Excellent in both oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Binangonan Rizal.
  • Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize Construction Department work activities
  • Monitor project accomplishments, evaluate measures and execute to meet goals
  • Formulate department objectives for inclusive with corporate objectives
  • Review and endorse Project Budget
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluation of subordinates
  • Attend management meeting, coordination meeting with clients and other departments
  • Represent the company during Project Coordinator on technical meeting as necessary
  • Conduct evaluation of subordinates performance periodically
  • Establish department management report as basis for disposition
  • Initiate and establish implements of the departments methods and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month

  • Binangonan, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
