JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Must be analytical and keen on details
  • Experience in an ISO and KPI-oriented environment is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent presentation skills.
  • Can effectively work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and can relate well with all levels in the organization
  • Adept in MS office program (Word, Exel, Powerpoint)s

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Help maintain system performance and data integrity by assisting with the gathering of data for key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reports.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives by assisting with the implementation of optimized internal system.
  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative processes supporting the auditing and certification lifecycle, helping to manage and complete assigned workloads

Quality & Compliance Assistance

  • Support the enforcement and monitoring of document control procedures, including version control, secure access, and retention, as per relevant clauses
  • Help address minor inconsistencies in audit submissions and assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or internal quality policies as directed
  • Assist the Head of Back Office Support in reviewing and validating audit documentation to check for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Audit & Certification Lifecycle Support

  • Assist in the preparation, compilation audit report packages, ensuring proper formatting and completeness before submission.
  • Support the timely tracking and closure of audit packages, reports, and nonconformities using internal systems
  • Maintain the audit and client database, assisting with data entry and verification to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
