About the role

Amalgated Capital Inc.' is seeking a talented and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Davao City. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and marketing strategies, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  2. Leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to deliver outstanding results
  3. Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  5. Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to measure the success of sales and marketing efforts
  6. Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  7. Fostering a positive team culture and providing coaching and mentorship to team members

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (8+ years) in a sales and marketing management role, preferably in the Sales industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  6. Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools to drive performance
  7. Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
