About the role

Radtelcom Technologies Corporation is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, you will play a key role in driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our innovative telecommunications products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and secure new sales opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials and content
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new business prospects
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis on sales performance and market trends
  • Support the overall growth and success of the business by contributing to the achievement of sales and marketing targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software to track and manage leads and opportunities
  • Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
