About the role

As a Payroll Associate at Megaworld Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, allowing you to contribute directly to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Inputting, processing and reviewing employee payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries

  • Calculating and administering payroll deductions, such as income tax, social security contributions and other statutory obligations

  • Preparing and submitting payroll reports and documentations to relevant government agencies

  • Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits and deductions

  • Maintaining detailed records of payroll transactions and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Collaborating with the HR team to resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies

  • Providing support in the implementation of new payroll systems or processes

What we're looking for

  • With or without experience in a payroll or accounting role, preferably within the Payroll function

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Proficiency in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees

  • Thorough understanding of relevant payroll laws, regulations and best practices

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities

  • Willing to work on-site, BGC TAGUIG
