Job Title: Waiter/Cashier

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Cashier to take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:As a Waiter:

  • Greet customers and present menus.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve orders promptly and professionally.
  • Answer questions about menu items and daily specials.
  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to additional requests.
  • Clear tables and assist with cleaning tasks.

As a Cashier:

  • Accurately process customer payments (cash, credit, etc.).
  • Issue receipts and return correct change.
  • Handle POS (Point-of-Sale) systems efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
  • Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints courteously.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food service or retail preferred.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
