Location: Nasugbu, Batangas

Job Summary:

The Pump Attendant is responsible for safely dispensing fuel into customers' vehicles, providing excellent customer service, handling payments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the fuel station area. This role also involves assisting customers with basic vehicle checks and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Dispense fuel (petrol, diesel, etc.) into vehicles accurately and safely.
  • Check vehicle fluid levels and tire pressure upon request.
  • Clean vehicle windshields when necessary.
  • Process cash, card, and mobile payments and provide correct change.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pump station and forecourt.
  • Monitor fuel levels in underground tanks and report low levels.
  • Report spills, leaks, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist with stock replenishment (oil, car care products, etc.).
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and check for pump functionality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school certificate or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash and card transactions.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Honest, reliable, and punctual.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor work environment, exposed to weather conditions.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • May be required to wear a uniform and safety equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
