Maintenance Associate

Maintenance Staff:

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure that facilities, equipment, and systems remain in good working condition. This role supports daily operations by maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and safety across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Conduct minor repairs on fixtures, lighting, furniture, and appliances.
• Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and record all performed maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance tools, workshop, and storage areas.
• Support setup and teardown for events, office moves, and other facility-related activities.
• Monitor and report any potential safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance work causes minimal disruption to operations.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, repair work, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects when needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required.
• Willing to work in Natipuan, Nasugbu, Batangas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php15,500.00 per month
