Job Description

As a Data Entry Migrator / Administration Staff, you will ensure smooth and accurate data transitions between platforms. You'll maintain detailed records, troubleshoot discrepancies, and collaborate with your team to keep migration workflows seamless and aligned with project goals.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High-speed data entry keystrokes – both numerical and text
  • Minimum 90% accuracy
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Focused and highly motivated
  • Fast learner
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)

Your Daily Tasks

  • Follow established processes to transfer data from Dynamics to HubSpot with high quality and precision
  • Maintain detailed tracking documents to provide transparency and continuity for migration progress
  • Report issues, discrepancies, or challenges to relevant team members and supervisors
  • Communicate regularly with team members to ensure collaboration and problem-solving
