  • Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Use defined quality standards, inspection criteria, and test methods (e.g., checklists, drawings, specifications).
  • Perform sampling inspections according to HACCP, GAHP, ISO, or internal guidelines.
  • Record inspection findings accurately in quality control logs, check sheets, or digital systems.
  • Identify deviations from quality standards and report them promptly to supervisors or your immediate head.
  • Ensure non-conforming products are labelled, documented, and moved to isolation areas.
  • Check that production processes stay within defined tolerances or quality limits.
  • Conduct follow-up inspections on reworked or corrected items.
  • Conduct checking of dimension measurement, weight checks, or visual inspections at set frequencies.
  • Provide feedback to improve product quality or inspection methods.
  • Operate inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) accurately and safely
  • Check that measuring devices are within calibration and report any issues.
  • Adhere to workplace safety and cleanliness protocols during inspections.
  • Participate in basic investigations to determine the source of non-conformances.
  • Work with management to identify quality improvement opportunities.
  • Work with various teams to institute process changes for improvement.
  • Prepare project presentations for management when needed.
  • Regular monitoring of the implemented solutions to achieve objectives and expected benefits.

Minimum Requirement:

  • A graduate of Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • With at least 1 year of experience in the same role
  • Willing to report to the farm premises
