Job Description:

Our client is an insurance company.

  • Able to lead and manage a team that provides the utmost of customer service to our clients by meeting agreed SLAs across the defined aftersales service.

  • Ensure the team is fully engaged and aligned with the identified metrics and KPIs.

  • Monitor and oversee the entire disbursement process, including cash and credit card payments, to ensure accuracy and timely release.

  • Ensure all payments and transactions comply with internal policies, external regulations, and require proper documentation before approval.

Qualifications

  • College graduate with a degree in a business or statistics course

  • At least 5 to 10 years of managerial and operations experience in the insurance industry

  • Able to manage work demands to achieve operational goals

  • Effectively manage change in a fast paced environment

  • Ensure SLA and KPI goals are achieved

  • Able to develop and upskill team members
