Full-time | 10 AM – 6 PM AEST | Work From Home | Immediate Start

Are you a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for trends and flawless English?

Do you live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn and Facebook content — especially Reels?

We're looking for a high-performing Content Creator to join our fast-growing digital team. This is not an entry-level role — we want someone who already knows how to plan, create, edit and deliver engaging social media content that stops the scroll.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for creating high-quality, platform-specific content — including Reels, carousels, and image posts — that align with our brand voice and convert attention into action.

This is a full-time remote role for a Philippines-based candidate who can work 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot (where applicable), and edit engaging Reels optimised for TikTok, Instagram & Facebook.
  • Design image posts and carousel graphics that align with brand style.
  • Research and apply platform trends, sounds, and content hooks.
  • Write clear, engaging captions in perfect English (with brand tone in mind).
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail — from pixel-perfect alignment to typo-free copy.
  • Contribute ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Organise content files and assets clearly and consistently.

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram & Facebook with further experience in Youtube and LinkedIn content a bonus.
  • Proficient in editing Reels (using CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar).
  • Comfortable using Canva, Photoshop or other design tools for static posts.
  • Fluent English — both written and spoken.
  • Reliable high-speed internet & backup plan (non-negotiable).
  • Availability 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST (Monday – Friday).
  • A portfolio of real content work (not school projects or theory).
  • Strong attention to detail & creative instincts.
  • Self-starter who can manage tasks independently and hit deadlines.

This Role Is Not For You If…

  • You've never edited a Reel or don't know current TikTok/IG trends.
  • You rely on templates only or copy others' work without adding strategy.
  • You need constant hand-holding.
  • You don't check your spelling, grammar, or alignment.
