Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the planning, shooting, and post-production of video content for brand social media and marketing campaigns (including short-form videos, interviews, event highlights, and product stories).

Proficiency in multiple video editing software platforms including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCut is required.

Experience with comprehensive shooting equipment including DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, professional camcorders, smartphone filming, and lighting equipment is essential.

Independently develop creative video concepts and scripts to ensure content aligns with brand tone and marketing objectives.

Adapt video styles, pacing, and storytelling approaches to fit different platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to maximize engagement.

Professional experience with social media platforms is required for effective content adaptation and audience engagement.

Stay up to date with video trends and content creation techniques, regularly proposing innovative ideas to enhance creative output and brand storytelling.

Manage shooting materials, project files, and production timelines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in video creation, ideally within branding, content marketing, creative agencies, or as an independent creator.

Proven ability to handle the full video production process—from concept development to final delivery—with a strong portfolio or successful case examples preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Required Skills:

3-5 years of video content creation experience is required for this position.

Any bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Proficient in video shooting and lighting setup, familiar with various equipment (e.g., Sony /Canon mirrorless cameras, mobile videography).

Skilled in video editing and post-production software (such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Yes After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability, with an understanding of brand visual style and narrative flow.

Capable of scriptwriting, storyboarding, and independently executing shooting plans and on-site direction.

Sensitive to social media trends and able to propose creative directions that align with platform algorithms and audience preferences.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external production partners.

Bonus Skills: Photography, color grading, sound design, or motion graphics experience.
