Job Description Social Media Content Creator / Video Producer at Nimbyx Location: Onsite in BGC, Taguig • Employment Type: Full-time + Permanent What You’ll Do On-Camera Presence: Serve as an engaging on-camera host and brand representative for content pieces, explaining concepts, conducting quick interviews, and connecting with our audience. Storytelling: Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually compelling content aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and audience expectations. Content Creation & Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (testimonials, treatments, behind-the-scenes, brand campaigns) from concept to final cut. End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire production process, including lighting, framing, sequencing, and post-production (editing, color grading, sound design). Content Enhancement: Elevate storytelling with dynamic editing, music, graphics, text overlays, and visual effects. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to ensure content is on-brand and supports campaigns. Trendspotting: Research and apply the latest social media trends and platform innovations to keep content fresh. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) On-Camera Confidence: Professional and engaging on-camera presence; comfortable being the face of content and directing clients for testimonials. Experience: 1+ year as a content creator, videographer, or similar role, preferably with premium brands or high-end clients. Portfolio: 3+ end-to-end projects focusing on short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube Shorts. Skills: Proficiency in video shooting/editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut); strong sense of composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics. Mindset: Resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to changing priorities. What Success Looks Like Primary KPI: Follower + Organic Engagement Growth across platforms. Grow social media following and organic engagement (likes, comments, shares/reposts, saves, replies, clicks). Performance targets (e.g., engagement rate) for multiple months. Execution: Create and publish diverse, on-brand content daily across active platforms; maintain a healthy mix and iterate based on performance.
