The Accounting Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager in managing the Company's books of accounts, and timely compliance at the BIR, SEC, and LGU levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate Financial Report and its corresponding subsidiary ledger.
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation,
  • Monthly/Quarterly Tax Compliances such as VAT, EWT, Relief, Esub, etc.
  • Coordination with Engineering Department, and Billing and Collection Department in preparation of Utilities Clients and Entities SOA.
  • Provides assistance to Alpha Group members on their concerns and inquiries, and
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With experience in General Accounting, Generate Financial Report, Bank Reconciliation, BIR, SEC, and LGU compliances.
  • Knowledgeable in NS and/or any Accounting software.
  • Willing to be based in Makati City.
  • Can start as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
