Matandang Balara Metro Manila, Philippines Maynilad Water Services, Inc. Full time ₱400,000 - ₱800,000 per year

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Monitors and ensures timely completion of project requirements for CNRWM projects

  2. Accomplish working plans thru Autocad and Excel with revision and updating based on actual site condition

  3. Coordinates with the cross functional team for the completion of planning requirements

  4. Initiate site validation schedule with the cross functional team

  5. Coordinates with Maynilad stakeholders and works cross-functionally to resolve concerns and implement the necessary corrective actions.

  6. Presents the site validation report to the cross functional team

  7. Oversees the preparation of project requirements to home owner associations (HOA) local government unit (LGU) and technical papers.

  8. Prepares status update and reports, modify schedules and plans as required and update all participating units of the progress on a regular basis

  9. Prepares report as may be required by the immediate superior

  10. Rationalizes allocation of resources.

  11. Prepares material requirements for pipe replacement projects.

  12. Contribute and perform other programs related to NRW reduction

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES

Graduate of engineering course

Licensed Engineer (preferably license in Civil or Mechanical Engineering)

WORK EXPERIENCE

No minimum years. Newly licensed Engineer are welcome to apply.

Proficient in MS Office

Knowledgeable in AutoCAD

High problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Strong leadership skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
