Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Define scope, goals, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and local authorities.
Execution & Oversight
  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the schedule.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field staff.
  • Conduct site meetings and issue progress reports.
  • Monitor project costs and manage change orders.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, permits, and regulations.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and industry standards.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on schedule, budget, and risk status.
  • Facilitate coordination between all project parties.
Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that may impact project performance.
Project Close-Out
  • Ensure successful commissioning, punch lists, and handovers.
  • Oversee documentation, final inspections, and client training.
  • Prepare project completion reports and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
