Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for
    both technical and non-technical positions
    across multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in attending and contributing to cadence meetings, providing clear updates and strategic insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions across global and regional offices.
  • Partner closely with senior management to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Attend regular cadence meetings to provide updates on recruitment status, pipeline, and challenges.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent, leveraging social media, networking, and industry events.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding, maintaining high levels of engagement throughout the process.
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate offers, close candidates, and facilitate smooth transitions post-offer acceptance.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
