Apply nowLearn more What You Will DoProvide technical assistance for SFA system setup, administration, and user access.Generate reports on customer data and assist with route realignment, territory boundaries and customer tagging with M&S leadersCreate and maintain SFA system procedures, conduct training for field sales and back office, prepare surveys for internal teams, and provide status updates on pending issues until resolved.Generate historical data reports and assist with product launch analysisWho We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years experience in operational support, database management, preferably with multinational FMCG.Good understanding of RTM dynamics/ KPIs/ Financial implicationsStrong anayltical skills with ability to translate data to commercial insightsFamiliar with Route to Market, Trade Segmentation, Trade Marketing Execution, Channel PlanningAre you ready to join us?
