Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, managing network systems, servers, and databases
  • Proven experience leading and executing IT projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope
  • Hands-on experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple departments or team.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role, guiding and developing junior IT staff, setting performance expectations, and promoting teamwork
  • Practical experience working with IT infrastructure, including system administration (Windows/Linux servers), network management (LAN/WAN), and security systems.
  • Experience in managing databases, including performing backups, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing database performance.
  • Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
