Position Overview

The Affiliate Coordinator is responsible for managing and growing the company's affiliate marketing program. This role ensures smooth communication with affiliate partners, supports recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates, monitors performance, and develops strategies to maximize affiliate-driven revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Program Management
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the affiliate program.
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliates.
  • Provide affiliates with updated marketing materials, offers, and product information.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track affiliate performance metrics (clicks, conversions, sales, ROI).
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and affiliate effectiveness.
  • Identify top-performing affiliates and develop strategies to strengthen partnerships.
  • Communication & Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates regarding inquiries, issues, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure affiliates are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Handle affiliate payments, commission structures, and dispute resolutions.
  • Strategy & Growth
  • Support the development of affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Suggest innovative approaches to improve affiliate engagement and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnership management (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., CJ, Impact, ShareASale, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time
