Key Responsibilities:

  1. Loan Notification

  2. Prepare and send lump sum notices to buyers to initiate the bank loan process.

  3. Loan Processing and Coordination

  4. Handle the end-to-end processing of buyers' bank loan applications.

  5. Maintain regular communication and coordination with bank financing partners to ensure timely loan approvals and releases.

  6. Loan Status Monitoring

  7. Monitor the status of bank loan applications and ensure accurate, up-to-date tracking of each account.

  8. Internal Coordination

  9. Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Sales, Documentation, Accounting) to ensure alignment and completeness of buyer loan requirements.

  10. DOU Monitoring

  11. Track and update the delivery status of Deeds of Undertaking (DOUs) for taken-out loan accounts.

  12. Buyer Communication

  13. Provide regular updates to buyers regarding the status of their loan applications and address any concerns or inquiries.

  14. Other Duties

  15. Perform other related tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time in support of bank financing operations.
