We are urgently hiring skilled Welders to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc, etc.)
- Perform welding on a variety of metals and components
- Inspect and test welds for accuracy and strength
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Welder (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety standards
- Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding environments
- Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) preferred but not always required
