Who are we looking for:

As a Marketing Assistant, you are expected to assist the marketing team in executing strategies to promote our products, enhance brand awareness, and engage our target audience. Provides administrative support, assists in the creation of marketing materials, manages social media platforms, analyzes campaign data, and contributes creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.

  • Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts and promotional content.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (e.g., website traffic, campaign results) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

What does it take to be part of the team?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or related field.
  • At least 6 months of working experience in marketing or related areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software, and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in our Head office located in Pasay City.
