Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati. The Financial and Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with their financial and insurance needs. The day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, providing information about financial products and insurance policies, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The agent will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial products and insurance policies
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English
  • Can start immediately once hired
