Job Summary

We are hiring a creative and organized Social Media Content & Repurposing VA to help produce, repurpose, and distribute content across multiple digital platforms. This role involves turning core content into short-form videos, social posts, and long-form assets while ensuring alignment with our brand's voice. The ideal candidate will know how to take a single idea and create multiple meaningful pieces of content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repurpose content into short-form videos, social media posts, and written content.
  • Edit and compile short video clips for use on social media.
  • Ensure that visuals, captions, and messaging are contextually accurate.
  • Transform video and audio content into written articles, email drafts, and other formats.
  • Organize and manage content assets for easy access and efficient reuse.
  • Follow content guidelines while ensuring consistency in tone and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine content output.
  • Use content creation tools and templates to improve efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to comprehend content.
  • Basic video editing and content assembly skills.
  • Capable of repurposing a single content source into multiple formats.
  • Clear and effective written English communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with short-form video content for social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with content repurposing workflows.
  • Basic understanding of content scheduling and asset management tools.
