Cloud Applications Senior Sales Manager (Philippines) Join Oracle’s Cloud Applications Sales team and help clients achieve increased agility, insightful decision‑making, greater productivity, and lower costs. What You’ll Do Establish deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customers and prospects. Lead account planning—including account strategy, financial targets, and critical milestones. Manage the end‑to‑end sales process through engagement of Pre‑Sales, Post‑Sales, Consulting, Advisory, and Partner resources. Define ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX value propositions and drive implementation of sales and marketing campaigns. Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position Oracle Cloud Applications offerings. Develop the pipeline through phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence. Create and maintain a sustainable, predictable, and repeatable sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals. Engage with C‑level prospects to position Oracle solutions through strategic value‑based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data. Generate short‑term results while maintaining a long‑term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation. Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and deliver results. Responsibilities Required Skills/Experience 5–10 years of verifiable enterprise sales experience. Ability to reframe and challenge customers’ business perspectives. Strong value proposition communication and two‑way customer pain‑point articulation. Deep knowledge of customers’ industries and ability to discuss issues from multiple angles. Understanding of decision‑making process and influence key decision makers. Experience selling high‑end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid‑market companies. C‑level verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Experience closing deals with financial heads, supply chain leaders, or similar business leaders. Go‑getter, challenger mindset focused on execution. Qualifications Career Level – IC4.
