Roles
and responsibilities

  • Lead
    and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise
    across EPM moules.
  • Conduct
    requirement analysis and design sessions with clients.
  • Develop
    and maintain functional design documents and configuration
    specifications.
  • Configure
    and implement Oracle EPM applications based on client requirements.
  • Provide
    post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct
    user training and prepare training materials.
  • Collaborate
    with technical teams to ensure system integrations are effectively
    implemented.
  • Ensure
    compliance with best practices and company policies.
  • Assist
    with metadata extract, explanation of the conversion process,
    defining requirements, and working towards getting the correct
    extracts and preparing for the metadata conversion cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's
    degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related
    field.
  • 5 to 7
    years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
  • At
    least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
  • Strong
    understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Excellent
    problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills.
