ServiceNow Developer

Overview

We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize solutions across modules like ITSM, GRC, ITAM, and Service Portal. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, integration, and delivering scalable solutions in dynamic enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, GRC (IRM, VRM, Policy & Compliance, Audit), ITAM, and CSM
  • Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Lead portal builds, service automation, and dashboard/reporting initiatives
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow configurations
  • Manage deployments, instance migrations, and environment setups
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in agile teams
  • Support client workshops, documentation, and post-deployment activities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML)
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management
  • Experience with REST APIs, Flow Designer, and third-party integrations
  • ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
