JOB SUMMARY:

Customer Service Representative provides assistance and support to Sales Executive by responding to customer inquiries, processing order and maintaining sales related databases. Ensuring also smooth sales operation and customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Sales Data Inputting: Accurately enter sales data and information to database.
  • Customer Information Management: Maintain and update customer records including contact details, addresses, delivery information, and accounting details.
  • Product information management: Ensuring the complete and correct information of list of products.
  • Pricing management: Entering the correct pricing based on approved purchase orders, and or weekly price updates.
  • Order processing: Process and submit customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Data verification and validation: Ensure the accuracy and validity of entered data by double-checking and reviewing against source documents.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with sales executives or managers to obtain and clarify necessary information for accurate data entry.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of entered sales data, including filing of customer documents and prospectus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
