SENIOR REVENUE ANALYST (FULLY REMOTE / NIGHT SHIFT)

Work Location: This is a fully remote position and will work from home in the Philippines (preferably in Metro Manila)

Work Schedule: In this role you'll be working U.S. traditional hours (Philippine night shift)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606. This individual will support and enhance the quote-to-cash process, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Accounting, and help drive process improvements.

The role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented, autonomous, self-starter who is motivated to make a meaningful impact on operational efficiency and financial accuracy. The successful candidate will be excited to gain a thorough understanding of the business, embrace process improvement, support the team in developing meaningful management reporting, and work in a global team to help grow and scale the Company.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform revenue recognition analyses in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606.

  • Review customer contracts to identify performance obligations, variable consideration, and proper revenue treatment in the context of multiple-element arrangements.

  • Prepare and maintain revenue schedules, reconciliations, and technical documentation.

  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Accounting to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue data.

  • Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes related to revenue, including journal entries and flux analysis.

  • Assist with enhancements to quote-to-cash processes, recommending improvements for efficiency and control.

  • Support external audits and provide necessary documentation for revenue-related requests.

  • Participate in system or process implementations impacting revenue recognition.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

  • CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred

  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606 principles.

  • Prior experience in revenue accounting, audit, or a similar analytical accounting function.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in quote-to-cash or related financial processes.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with a track record of driving process improvements.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred.
