to lead our content production.

You'll work
directly with our clients and creative team
, developing content strategies, leading video shoots, and creating campaigns that actually move the needle. We'll give you the budget, tools, and creative freedom to do your best work. No micromanaging. No approval bottlenecks.

What You'll Actually Do


Content Strategy & Planning

  • Build content strategies and campaign roadmaps for diverse client brands
  • Research trends, competitors, and platform algorithms to inform creative direction
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and turn brand objectives into actionable content plans
  • Create content calendars and production timelines that actually get followed


Creative Production Leadership

  • Brief and coordinate with our videographers, writers, and designers
  • Lead creative reviews and ensure content quality before publish
  • Adapt core concepts across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously (with proper project management tools)


Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Present strategies and results to clients with confidence
  • Analyze performance data and iterate on what's working
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and algorithm changes
  • Balance creative vision with client feedback and business objectives

Who This Is For

  • 3+ years creating content for brands
    (agency or in-house experience welcome)
  • You've managed creative teams
    and coordinated complex productions
  • You understand platform-specific content strategy
    — what works on TikTok vs LinkedIn vs YouTube
  • You can show measurable results
    from campaigns you've led
  • You're comfortable presenting to clients
    and defending creative decisions
  • Bonus points if you use AI tools
    like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Runway for content ideation

You need
proven experience and a portfolio
that shows results.

Work Hours & Setup

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Flexible schedule

  • We work on Basecamp, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and use Gemini, Claude, and various AI tools daily
