About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Content Editor with a strong creative eye and technical capability to manage, edit, and produce high-quality social media content, short-form videos, and reels. You'll work closely with our marketing and production teams to turn raw footage into engaging stories that drive brand visibility and client engagement.

This role suits someone who's both creative and technically proficient — capable of managing large files, producing polished content, and contributing to visual storytelling strategies for multiple brands across Australia and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Download, organise, and manage large raw video and photo files.
  • Edit and produce reels, highlight clips, and branded social media content.
  • Apply brand-aligned titles, captions, transitions, and sound design.
  • Optimise video outputs for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).

Content Storyboarding

  • Develop storyboards and creative briefs from raw content or client direction.
  • Visualise how content should flow — from shot selection to pacing, narrative, and key messages.
  • Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and marketing leads to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Work with clients and internal teams to shape raw content into refined marketing assets.
  • Provide creative input and direction during content planning and post-production stages.
  • Ensure timely delivery of edited videos, drafts, and final revisions.

File Management & Sharing

  • Handle large file transfers using cloud-based systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.).
  • Maintain organised content libraries and project folders.
  • Upload and share final outputs with teams and clients efficiently.
Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of aspect ratios, export settings, and social media optimisation.
  • Experience with audio balancing, colour correction, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to manage 4K+ video files and multi-camera edits.

Hardware & Internet

  • Access to a high-performance computer capable of handling large media files.
  • Super-fast, stable internet connection for uploading and sharing large video projects.

Creative & Organisational Skills

  • Experience in content storytelling, short-form editing, and visual branding.
  • Proven ability to develop storyboards and content outlines for campaigns.
  • Attention to detail, strong visual taste, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of video editing and social content production experience.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous work required (links to reels, campaigns, or branded edits).
Preferred Qualities
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for creating impactful, story-driven content.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams across time zones.
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels and brand positioning is a plus.

Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 per month (depending on experience)

Annual Bonus: Up to ₱30,000 performance-based incentive

HMO Coverage: Provided after 6 months of employment

Equipment Allowance: Internet or computer upgrade subsidy (as approved)
