Requirement Gathering & Documentation

·      Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

·      Support project managers in tracking and delivering project milestones related to product specifications.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

·      Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development or technical environment.

·      Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product management.

·      Proficiency in creating technical documents (use cases, user stories, process flows).

·      Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and integration processes.

·      Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

·      Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

·      Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.

·      Experience in
loan products or financial services
is highly preferred.
