As the Facilities & Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in a medical manufacturing facility in Makati. Reporting to our Facilities and Maintenance Manager, this position will assist in leading the facilities and maintenance team to ensure the reliability and availability of all our production-related.

A. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generates & implements equipment maintenance work instructions & SOPs standardizing activities.
  • Maintaining control over maintenance tools, spare parts & equipment.
  • Implementation of improvement activities to support operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Monitors time-based verification, calibration & maintenance schedule.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks within the department.
  • Maintains records of all implemented documents, service reports, certificates, etc.
  • Liaise & collaborate with other departments to address manufacturing and facility issues.

B. Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering course
  • PRC licensed Engineer
  • Strong background in HVAC and Energy Management
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance setup

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to read & analyze electrical & mechanical drawings.
  • Able to generate maintenance related procedures & work instructions.
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCad is a plus
