Real Property Matters is an Australian Quantity Surveying firm with representatives across Australia. Our core business is providing Tax Depreciation Schedules to property investors, and we have built a strong reputation for quality and service excellence since our establishment in 2007.
We are now seeking a motivated and highly organised Customer Service Representative to join our Philippines-based remote team. This role is critical to supporting our Quantity Surveying and Sales Teams, ensuring smooth operations, professional client interactions, and continued growth.
About the Role
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in providing administrative and operational support. The role will start with booking property inspections and managing staff calendars. Over time it will expand to client support and coordinating information for reports.
This is a remote position, requiring a professional home office setup. The successful candidate will need to be self-disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with our Australian team.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Managing and booking property inspections across Australia including scheduling appointments for multiple staff
- Liaising with Property Managers, Landlords and Tenants
- Coordinating with the Quantity Surveying Team to ensure reports are completed accurately and on time
- Supporting the Sales Team by assisting with enquiries and sales leads
- Using the company database accurately to direct enquiries appropriately
- Responding to client emails and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling and following up on work progress with staff
- Upholding a professional, ethical standard in all interactions
About You
We are looking for someone with excellent administration and customer service skills with an engaging personality who can thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Essential skills & qualities:
- High level of English proficiency and strong understanding of Australian culture
- Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal communication and critical thinking skills
- Efficient planner - avoid overlapping or impractical inspection schedules
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Google Maps
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable work ethic
- Vibrant, approachable, and professional manner
- Ability to work independently with strong self-discipline
Home office requirements:
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Dual-screen computer setup
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Professional headset with microphone
- Backup power supply (UPS or generator) (recommended)
Desirable:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or scheduling roles
- Experience working with international teams
