Web Developer + Google Ads (Remote – Philippines)

Join the team behind a leading digital 3D services brand.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to help manage and improve our digital 3D services website, built on WordPress Multisite. This is a remote, work-from-home position based in the Philippines, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical web management with creative marketing support.

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our WordPress Multisite platform, ensuring high performance, search visibility, and effective online advertising. The role combines technical website management, SEO optimization using Rank Math, and the hands-on management of Google Ads campaigns.

You'll work closely with a small, results-driven remote team that values independence, communication, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the WordPress Multisite environment, including themes, plugins, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Optimize pages and site structure using Rank Math SEO to improve rankings and online visibility.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance reporting.
  • Maintain website speed, uptime, and responsiveness across devices.
  • Support the creation and updating of web pages and digital content.
  • Track and analyze site and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing WordPress Multisite environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Rank Math SEO or similar SEO tools.
  • Demonstrated experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and PHP (preferred but not essential).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from home.
