About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at RS4A CONSTRUCTION. This is a full-time position based in Cavite. As a Junior Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and coordination of our construction projects, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality work for our valued clients. Training and mentorship will be provided.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities on-site
  2. Assisting in monitoring and reporting on project progress, highlighting any potential issues or delays
  3. Assisting in site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures
  4. Assisting in providing technical support and guidance to construction teams, ensuring work is carried out according to specifications
  5. Assisting in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the project
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  2. Willing to work on-site and be assigned to project locations
  3. Basic understanding of reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications
  4. Willingness to learn and take instructions
  5. Good communication skills and the ability to work with foremen and workers
