The Opportunity

We're searching for a dynamic B2B Sales Representative to connect with, sell to, and build long-term professional relationships with potential customers in the US woodworking and woodturning industry. The ideal candidate is results-driven, proactive, and highly professional, with a strong ability to communicate Starbond's value and nurture dealer relationships.

While based in the Philippines, your excellent spoken and written English, neutral or American accent, and high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) will be essential to your success in this role. You will treat your territory and accounts like your own business within Starbond—showing ownership, urgency, and accountability in every interaction.

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential new customers in the target industry.

2. Outbound Outreach
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Demonstrate strong urgency—responding quickly to leads, inquiries, and sample requests.
3. Relationship Building
  • Build rapport and trust quickly with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain long-term, high-value dealer relationships with consistent, professional follow-ups.
4. Needs Assessment & Discovery
  • Use structured discovery techniques—not random selling—to understand client needs.
  • Assess challenges, buying cycles, and decision-making processes to tailor effective solutions.
5. Product/Service Presentation
  • Deliver clear, concise, confident presentations of Starbond products.
  • Communicate value beyond price, including product benefits, use cases, and long-term ROI.
6. Closing Sales (New Clients)
  • Negotiate, handle objections, and guide prospects through the purchasing process.
  • Confidently close high-volume or recurring orders, taking pride in big wins and strategic accounts.
7. Account Management (Existing Clients)
  • Proactively manage client needs, resolve concerns early, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage, goals, and business growth.
8. Pipeline & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate, clean, and up-to-date CRM records (Pipedrive).
  • Forecast pipeline health, track interactions, and use data to improve sales decision-making.

Experience
  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales, account management, or customer service experience.
  • Experience in woodworking/woodturning is a plus but not required.
