Digital Marketing Officer: Drive Growth for Australian Brands

We're a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, and we're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Officer to join our team.

In this role, you'll be a key player in shaping the online presence and marketing strategies for our competitive Australian client. You'll work with a diverse, collaborative talents and make a real impact on the client's success.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and email.
  • Develop and execute content strategies, creating engaging and relevant content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct SEO analysis and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide detailed reports and insights to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies are always ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate directly with our Australian clients to understand their goals and tailor marketing strategies to their specific needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  • Proficient in design and content creation.
  • Experience with marketing and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
