LEASING SUPERVISOR

The OFFICE LEASING SUPERVISOR is responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing office leasing activities, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of leasing operations, and working closely with tenants, brokers, and internal teams.
• The role requires a hands-on approach, which includes fieldwork to oversee properties and tenant interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in office leasing or related fields. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Willing to be assigned to the following available work locations:
• Capital Town San Fernando, Pampanga

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to Do Field Work: This role requires field visits to properties, so the candidate should be willing and able to perform on-site duties as needed.
• No Commission or Quota: The position does not involve sales quotas or commission-based compensation. The focus is on operational excellence and leasing management.
• Regularization: The role is a full-time, regularized position after the probationary period, offering long-term career stability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
