Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entered into the database.
  • Receive documents via email or fax and properly link them to the corresponding test files.
  • Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with strong data entry abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette.
  • Self-driven, quick to learn, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
  • Open to feedback with a willingness to adapt and improve.
  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality expected.
