Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage drug test documentation by retrieving records from the lab website, fax, or internal systems.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entered into the database.
- Receive documents via email or fax and properly link them to the corresponding test files.
- Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with strong data entry abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette.
- Self-driven, quick to learn, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
- Open to feedback with a willingness to adapt and improve.
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality expected.
