Research and Development Supervisor

R&D Supervisor is responsible for overseeing product development initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety across all stages of production. This role combines research and development with quality assurance leadership, ensuring that new products are effectively conceptualized, developed, and scaled for industrial production while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Science and Technology.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience in food manufacturing, product development, or quality control
  • Knowledgeable in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GWP (Good Warehousing Practices), HACCP, and sensory evaluation.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards, product testing, and laboratory procedures.
  • Skilled in data recording, documentation, and report preparation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying product quality issues.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills .
  • Willing to work on-site and follow company safety and hygiene policies.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules if require
