The position is primarily responsible for driving operational efficiency within the organization by optimizing IT processes to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals and industry standards. The position is also responsible for overseeing the performance measurement of IT services and drives initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities

A. IT Process and Performance Management

  1. Leads the development and implementation of business process improvement strategies and initiatives.

  2. Establishes and maintains IT process frameworks and standards in alignment with organizational goals, security policies, and industry standards.

  3. Monitors and analyzes the performance measurement of IT services to identify trends, issues, areas for improvement.

  4. Maintains proper documentation and updates for all IT processes, policies, and guidelines.

B. Process Enhancement

  1. Identifies areas for optimization and drives initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  2. Implements continuous improvement strategies based on performance insights.

  3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conduct process assessments, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  4. Assesses and mitigates the risks associated with IT process changes.

C. Management Leadership

  1. Recommends plans, programs, budget, and performance targets of the department.

  2. Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities in the department to reach maximum level of employee productivity throughout the workforce.

  3. Provides upfront leadership in supervising all direct and indirect reports and planning for their career advancement and aspirations.

  4. Supervises and evaluates the performance of all direct reports.

  5. Approves/schedules all vacation leaves of all direct reports.

D. Others

  1. Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs, and other professional development work.

  2. Makes recommendations on matters pertinent to business operations and other related activities.

  3. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education
    : Graduate of IT, engineering, or math courses
  • Experience(s)
    : At least five (5) years of work experience in IT performance management, IT process, and workflow management
  • Willing to work in Makati
