We are seeking a Revit-capable Architect to work for our Makati studio on our hospitality, commercial and residential projects.

The team will rely on the preferred candidate for their architectural Revit documentation. We are seeking an experienced candidate skilled in producing construction and concept design drawings.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Relevant degree in Architecture and or Landscape Architecture

  2. 2-3 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably within the Design Consultancy or Construction industry

3. Proficient in the use of BIM authoring tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto and BIM Collaboration Pro

  1. Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams

  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

  4. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality

  5. Revit training & implementation for all the disciplines.

  6. Putting the strategy for the file segregation.
  7. Plan, create a plan of implementation. Who are the team members, what the project is & what the goals are
  8. Managing the company's BIM360 Admin account
  9. Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards.
  10. Maintain projects.
  11. Manage Revit project production and project contents and Standard Library objects.
  12. Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
  13. Mentoring of core BIM design systems and the company's best practices.
  14. Provide day-to-day BIM Technical support to the engineers
  15. Leading and Managing a team of Structure CAD/Revit Technician.
  16. Reviewing and preparing BIM Execution Plans, BIM Scope of work and contractual documents.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional Revit skills
  • Your portfolio must include construction drawings demonstrating your Revit ability
  • Tertiary level qualification in landscape architecture or architecture
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ambition and enthusiasm to learn and grow beyond your current capacity
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Knowledge in 3d viewing software such as Autodesk Navisworks & LUMION
  • Willing to render overtime work even during holidays and weekends.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a BIM modeler
  • A good team player, able to express himself well and communicate with others; can foster good working relationships with colleagues.
  • Works with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work in Makati

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Permanent and Direct hire engagement
  • Monday – Friday(8:30 am – 6:30pm)
  • Onsite arrangement in Makati

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
