Automotive Customer Experience Evaluator

An Automotive Customer Experience Evaluator evaluates the customer service, sales process and overall experience at automotive dealerships. They visit locations posing as regular customers, assess sales consultant interactions, product knowledge and facility cleanliness and report their findings based on a set of pre-defined criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit automotive dealerships, posing as a potential customer.
  • Assess the professionalism, knowledge and effectiveness of sales staff during vehicle inquiries test drives and the sales process.
  • Complete detailed reports after each visit, documenting your experience, including specific interactions and observations.
  • Maintain a professional and discrete demeanor, ensuring your role as a mystery shopper is not revealed to dealership staff.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to provide unbiased, clear and constructive feedback based on your experience.
  • Ability to articulate your observations effectively through written reports.
  • Familiarity with automotive terminology, vehicle models and basic dealership operations is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
  • You will need to adhere to visit schedules and deadlines for submitting reports.

Compensation may vary based on location and visit requirements. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: Php Php1,000.00 per day
