JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

a.) Performs risk analysis using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).

b.) Creates standard working procedures, work instructions, check sheets and quality control instructions.

c.) Plan validation protocols for equipment and process.

d.)Set test equipment parameters according to test method.

e.)Execute validation of new and existing processes in accordance with the validation protocol.

f.)Performs machine and equipment troubleshooting and apply methods to eliminate downtime.

g.)Determines standard time and actual time for each process for production improvement activities.

h.)Prepares purchase request for items needed for validation may needed.

i.)Provides training to personnel as maybe requested.

j.)Performs other jobs that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical. Licensed applicant is an advantage.
  • Preferably with experience in machine validation and set-up
  • Knowledgeable with the used of different statistical techniques for data analysis (Cpk, Mean±ks, QC tools, etc.)
  • Preferably with working knowledge on the PLC Programming
  • Proficient in MS Office and with working knowledge in AutoCAD or solid works application
  • Good in communication skills both oral and written

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
