Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:

·  Must be a licensed Civil Engineer (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

·  Preferably with knowledge or internship experience in construction engineering, project supervision, and quality assurance.

·  Strong understanding of construction standards, materials, and site safety practices.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

·   Willing to be based in Batangas.

Essential Job Functions:

The Civil Engineer will play a key role in the successful execution of our real estate projects by ensuring that construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  2. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to address on-site issues promptly.
  3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and progress are maintained.
  4. Support in project reporting, documentation, and cost monitoring.
  5. Collaborate closely with the project management team to keep projects on track and within budget.
