  • CIVIL ENGINEER
  • FIELD ENGINEER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
  • Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
  • Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
  • Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
  • Procuring or agreeing on the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
  • Measuring and value the work done on-site
  • Coordinating with the Client and other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers, and Site Engineers.
  • Creating Weekly Reports to be submitted to the Project Manager.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar.
  • Must have a valid PRC License
  • Must have at least 1-2 year/s of experience based on Site or Head Office.
  • Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous
  • Must have a valid Driver's License

  • Monday - Saturday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lipa, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Civil Engineer: 1 year (Required)
  • Field Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • PRC License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
